Resumen del proyecto:
Eficiencia energética en la producción de agua caliente en un club deportivo, mediante la substitución de calentadores eléctricos por nuevas calderas de condensación a gas.
Descripción del proyecto:
Se trata de un proyecto de financiación colectiva a ENERKIA para la mejora en la eficiencia de la producción de agua caliente de un club deportivo de la provincia de Barcelona.
Este club deportivo dispone en sus vestuarios de 36 duchas que actualmente se abastecen de agua caliente producida en calentadores eléctricos. Para reducir su gasto energético, el club deportivo ha firmado un contrato de servicios energéticos con ENERKIA por el cual se instalarán nuevas calderas de condensación de alto rendimiento a gas natural y pagará por ello a ENERKIA una cuota mensual durante 5 años. Se estima que la reducción del coste energético en la producción de agua caliente llegará a ser de un 60% respecto a la situación anterior.
Garantías:
Este préstamo colectivo cuenta con la garantía personal ilimitada de la empresa sollicitante, ENERKIA ENERGIA SLU, más el afianzamiento solidario de la empresa matriz del grupo: Enerkia Global Energy S.A.
