Descripción del proyecto
Financiación colectiva para mejorar el proceso productivo del aceite producido por la explotación HENRI MOR .
En dicho proceso el aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra Henri Mor proviene de “olivas que no tocan el suelo”, son recolectadas por métodos manuales o mecánicos directamente del olivo.
Se trata de combinar la tradición con la ciencia, analizar los cultivos, enfocarse en el cuidado del fruto, el estudio de la fecha exacta de recogida, y seleccionar cuidadosamente las olivas antes de su molturación, para producir uno de los mejores aceites de oliva arbequina del mundo.
El aceite de oliva virgen extra HENRI MOR es un producto 100% natural, el zumo de la oliva y nada más, sin aditivos, ni conservantes, ni colorantes; es 100% de oliva arbequina, sin mezclar con otras variedades de oliva; es 100% fresco y de producción propia, obtenido directamente con la extracción en frío de olivas arbequinas de Juncosa de les Garrigues (Lleida); es virgen y es de calidad extra.
Su sabor equilibrado, sedoso y elegante. En boca saluda con dulzura y se despide con agradable picor. Frutado ligero con notas a manzana, almendra, plátano y alcachofa. Cuenta con un sabor fresco e inigualable.
